MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 Years bookkeeping and Pastel experience (Pastel Xpress V14-V17)
* Moderate Computer literacy – WindowsOS, MSOffice
* Curriculum Vitae to be submitted with contactable references
ADVANTAGEOUS:
* Experience in the signage/design industry
* Bi-lingual: English and Afrikaans
* Valid SA drivers licence
DETAILS:
Established, expanding Digital Print/Signage Company based in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town seeks mature lady for junior bookkeeping position. Knowledge in Pastel Xpress (V14 or higher) an absolute must. Applicant must be organised, presentable, well-spoken and reliable. Candidates must know how to perform the following bookkeeping functions: bank reconciliations, VAT calculations and returns, salary and tax calculations and returns, calling on debtors, ordering with suppliers, supplier payments and recons, various data capturing onto GL and must be able to read and generate financial reports from Pastel. Open to all who qualify but this is a perfect position for a retiree seeking to supplement their retirement income.
