A Cape Town based Actuaries firm specialise in delivering future monetary loss reports for the Road Accident Fund and the Personal Injury industry. They are a diverse team of actuaries, lawyers, analysts and client service consultants trained in client service excellence - eager to serve and go the extra degree.

Their Junior Liability Analysts are a key part of this team. Essentially, they work alongside the actuaries and other analysts, reading and interpreting data provided by other industry experts, making calculations and writing professional reports for our clients. All our analysts receive extensive on-the-job training which enables them to become a specialist consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and analyse relevant information by perusing legal and financial documents.
• Comprehend, calculate and present professional reports to senior analysts and actuaries.
• Manage tasks and work towards deadlines while under pressure.
• Interact with colleagues and work towards common goals.
• Interact with clients on case-specific questions to assist them in understanding basic actuarial questions.
• Accept and learn from constructive feedback.

• Report writing and research experience (preferred, not required)

• Strong reading and comprehension skills
• Good analytical, logical and implementation skills
