An international multidisciplinary consulting firm seeks to employ a Junior Mechanical Engineer with experience in HVAC, building services to be permanently based in their Cape Town office. The candidate must have knowledge in HVAC, working on building projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to those who would like to be part of major projects.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must be a holder of a BSc Mechanical Engineering or alternatively a BEng Mechanical Engineering degree
Must have 1- 3 years relevant experience in the design of HVAC services in buildings, to meet the regulations and satisfaction of the client
Must have noticeable knowledge in Revit and AutoCAD
Must have knowledge of designs that comply with Codes of Practice, Statutory requirements as well as regulations
Must be able to design, control, organise and plan complete projects
Must be able to develop and present financial reports, tender documentation as well as technical reports
