Our Education department is looking for a strong team player to join the Dynamic Education Team. The successful applicant will need to be independent, self-motivated, driven, display punctuality, accuracy & a spirit of innovation.

Key Performance Areas:

• Training of stockists and colleges in the Kwazulu Natal and outlying areas (travelling involved – own transport will be needed daily)
• In-salon support and training
• Administration
• Correspondence with stockists and the trade
• Networking with the trade
• Development of new strategies and projects to grow the Education department and constantly improve current systems

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fully bilingual
• Excellent presentation skills
• Self confidence
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent time management of schedules
• Show the capability to work under high pressure

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

• Qualified Skin Care Therapist with at least 3 years’ experience with other brands in industry and stockists
• 3 years Microsoft Office and Administration experience
• Previous training experience would be advantageous
• Driver’s License and own car is important
