Junior Online Marketer

We are currently recruiting a highly innovative, creative and self-motivated junior online marketer to join our team at Hyper Doors Team.
Job Function:
Event co-ordination and management - Expo’s, Worksites and Promotional events
Online marketing - website updates, sending newsletters, managing social media, vertical response
Website Management - content management
Seek marketing opportunities, and create new exciting content

Responsibilities:
• Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
• Manage online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Create a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Ensure brand messages are consistent.
• Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
• Maximizing PR exposure for the brand while ensuring a return on investment.
• Manage and source all Sponsorship opportunities, put forward proposals directly to director for approval
• Work closely with designer/CEO
• Oversee the social media function within the company which maintains and grows the social media channels
Requirements
• Degree or diploma in marketing management (Tertiary qualification in Marketing)
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong creative outlook.
• Self-starter with a 'take-charge' attitude.
• Knowledge and experience of social media platforms and overall use of the internet.
• Strong awareness of digital marketing.
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle

Salary: R12,000.00 /month
Annual Salary – R 144 000 per annum
