? relevant qualification logistics / transport OR 2 – 3 years experience within a FMCG environment
? Excellent communication skills

Job Overview:
The successful incumbent will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
? Assist with resolving POD queries
? Assist with the capturing of KPI’s and drafting reports
? Communicating with drivers.
? Continuously verifying vehicle positions on the tracking system.
? Tracking and expediting of vehicles on route to designated off-loading points.
? Capturing loading and off-loading times.
? Assisting with pallet and material handling equipment queries.
