Junior PA to Service and Contracts Manager
Location: Centurion
Offer: R6 990.00 gross pm + Provident Fund
Available: 1 February 2018
Working hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm

An established air-conditioning company based in Centurion is looking for Junior PA to assist the Service and Contracts Managers (full training will be provided)

Essential Requirements
• Very strong organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Pastel knowledge an advantage – if no Pastel back ground, in house training will be provided
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Very good communication skills
• Very good writing skills (predominantly English)
• Own transport essential to get to and from work with ease. (Own transport not used during working hours)

Duties (Full training will be provided)
• Processing of Service Job Cards on Pastel
• Service Contract proposals for new and existing customers
• Quotations on new installations on behalf of all Contract Managers (4)
• Quotations on all new service contracts
• Assisting in following up on customers with overdue amounts
• Assisting with the switchboard
• Assisting with the front door
• Assisting the Service Manager in sending out Technicians when he is not available
• Collecting & signing off on Job cards after service complete
• Give info through to the Technical Assistant on any faults found during services
• Resolving problems with Clients that are not technical of nature
• Making of appointments with clients to have the monthly, minor & major services done
• Requesting Safety Files
• Contacting Suppliers on the availability of Aircon units and requesting of Purchase Order from Buyer
• Looking up of info on existing customers on Pastel
• Forwarding of Job Cards to Customers when requested
