You will be groomed by the production manager and other duties will include the motivation and management of production line staff.

ND: Industrial Engineering

Skills & Experience:

Continuous Improvement on production of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, drums, silo tanks, and dive bells

Strategic planning for production

Method study and work study

Improving production line efficiency

Writing daily production reports

Managing and motivating staff
