Junior Policy Servicing Administrator (Insurance) – Sandton
One of our Insurance Underwriting clients based in Sandton, are urgently seeking a Junior Administrator, preferably a young school-leaver, which they can train into the position, to start as soon as possible at their offices.
Salary: R8 000 per month

Requirements:
Matric
Minimum of 2 year’s work experience preferably in a policy servicing or administration environment
Computer Literate – Excel & Word
Own Transport
Fluent English & Afrikaans

Duties:
Maintenance of the processes systems and controls.
Assisting Policy Holders with complaints and queries.
Ensure compliance.
Assist with Audits and reports.
Request of system queries.
Assisting Policy Holders with refunds.
Assisting Policy Holders with cancellations.
Assisting Policy Holders with Debit order reinstatement.
Loading and Bulk Loading of policy applications
