Minimum requirements

National diploma or BTech in Logistics or Purchasing Management
Minimum of 3 years with production scheduling experience, preferably in the automotive industry advantageous
Excellent Excel skills


Duties:

Weekly production plan preparation based on latest customer releases.
Monitoring of fluctuations in customer demand on a daily basis.
Understanding the impact of demand fluctuation on production capabilities.
Avoid obsolescence during run outs.
Draft production plan as per customers demand.
Monitor and discuss production actual vs. production plan daily.
Overseeing stock control of rolled goods.
Analyse customer demand to ensure compliance.
Assures the accomplishment of company policies and norms
Liaison with Material department to provide early warning on change in material supply
