A medium size construction company in Paarl specializing in high-end residential and commercial building construction is looking to appoint a Project Manager. The successful candidate should have at least four years project management experience in related environments and should have a minimum qualification of a National Diploma. Duties will include:

- planning of the sub-contractors' work

- quality control of all construction work done

- Ordering of materials for the project

- Verifying sub-contractors' claims

- Budgeting of all services and materials for the project.

A market related salary is on offer.
