VACANT POSITION JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / PROJECT MANAGER

Leichim a developer predominately in the motor industry, would like to employ a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager in the construction environment. The position is Nelspruit based but with national coverage.
The candidate will work under a registered PrQS and will be able to log experience earned.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with coordinating project deliverables, purchasing and procurement
• Assist with Project Management aspects
• Assist with status communication
• Assist with Financial Management of projects
• Interim certificate verification
• Maintain good relations with service suppliers
• Assist with facility management
• Standard Quantity Surveying service requirements

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience will be beneficial but not the main evaluation criteria, inhouse training for specific requirements will be given
• Use own initiative and be able to work independently
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans
• Be willing to travel
• Qs Qualification BTech/BSc

• Be computer literate(MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail
• Be able to work under pressure
