We are searching for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction company. The ideal candidate must meet the set criteria below:
Requirements
• + 3 years QS experience
• BS Degree or B Tech in Quantity Surveying
• CCS (candy ) knowledge (will be an advantage)
• Traceable references of previous projects and companies
• Drivers licence
• Available Immediately

• A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to use the CCS software

Responsibilities
• Assist with pricing and project forecasting
• Assist in the preparation of the tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Assist in tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
• Assist in sourcing contractors and/or subcontractors with the allocated project
• Measurement of work on site
• Assist in the Preparation of the subcontractor payment certificates
• Preparation and submition of the relevant reports
