Kreetiv Communications is a below the line Advertising agency with strong focus on brand activations and experiential campaigns.
We are looking for a young, dynamic, experienced individual to fill the role of a junior receptionist in our Johannesburg branch.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
All staff members of KREETIV can only take their annual leave during the December/January period this is due to the nature of our business. The ideal candidate will be smart, trendy; will possess excellent communications skills in the English language. We seek someone who is willing to take initiative, wants to grow and learn the scope of our business if you have never been in it.

Our operating hours are 9:00AM- 6:00PM Monday to Friday
Salary will be R4000 per month
You are only considered for benefits after being with the company for a year

PRIMARY ROLE
Answer telephones and take messages
Run errands for the office
Execute administrative functions effectively
Arrange delivery and pick up of goods
Keep time sheets for temporary staff
Book ing and facilitate promoters’ paperwork
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar position (minimum a year)
Excellent command of the English language both verbally and written
Intermediary Computer Skills
Presentable and diligent worker
Must not be younger than 20 and not older than 35 years old
You must not live further than a 30-35km radius from our office in Rivonia
In addition:
Candidates must be hardworking and willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
