Switchboard • To man the switchboard – all incoming calls.
• Take messages and relay them via e.mail.
• Treat all clients and candidates – confidentially
CV typing • Required to type cv’s for consultants.
• These will be given to you via, email or by hard copy
• Return typed cv’s back to consultants
• Send regret letters to candidates on Friday mornings
• Complete all filing on Friday afternoon
