• Take messages and relay them via e.mail.
• Treat all clients and candidates – confidentially
• Required to type cv’s for consultants.
• These will be given to you via, email or by hard copy
• Return typed cv’s back to consultants
• Send regret letters to candidates on Friday mornings
• Complete all filing on Friday afternoon
• Load all job specs onto the website, job mail, job vine, bestjobs, gumtree and jobs2recruit everyday
