Junior Receptionist

The successful candidate is friendly, professional, fully trilingual (English, Afrikaans and isiXhosa), has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to work accurately under pressure. A matric certificate, 0 to 2 years’ experience and computer literacy are prerequisites for this position.

The duties include among others: * managing the switchboard * client liaison * filing * receiving guests * all other ad hoc duties related to this position.
