Well known restaurant franchise is urgently seeking a Junior Restaurant Manager. Position is available in Durbanville and it is a permanent position.

Requirements:

• Grade 12.
• 3-4 years working in the restaurant industry.
• 1-2 years management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Reliable transport.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Good people skills and conflict resolution.
• Ms Office / POS systems experience.
• Cash-up, working out shifts and assisting the waiters.
• Experience in stock ordering and staff management / training.
