Junior sales and marketing assistant

(6 month peak season contract)

Newly qualified and looking to grow your experience in the sales / marketing arena? A fast-growing beverage company is looking for a neat, well-spoken and likeable junior sales and marketing assistant to help with additional sales and marketing activities during the peak summer months. If operational requirements allow, the contract could be extended or made permanent.

This role would suit someone who loves connecting with, enrolling and looking after people. You will have a tertiary sales/marketing qualification (non-negotiable) and at least 12 - 18 months’ experience of some kind in one or more of the following: Media, sales, promotions or relationship management in the retail / hospitality sector. After hours and weekend sales and promotional activities are part of the deal, so be prepared to be flexible.

A basic package of R7 – R8k per month, depending on what you bring to the table, will give you everything that you need, and cell, car and after hours allowances will be covered as well.
