Due to our rapid expansion, we are looking to take on a new young Sales representative to drive all revenue, lead the sales team and develop a strategy that will allow for continued growth.

The successful candidate must be based in the Durban area.

Role and Responsibilities:
• To develop a sales strategy that maximises the company’s market share, including clear pricing and distribution strategies which are responsive to seasonal and consumer trends.
• To lead and develop the sales team, support the commercial team, and take managerial responsibility for priorities and objectives.
• To develop and manage relationships

The Ideal Candidate:
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales/retail/hospitality/customer service role
• An entrepreneurial approach to the role.
• Excellent communication skills
• Matric or the equivalent
• A committed and goal driven individual
