Junior Service Engineer x 2

A telecommunication-engineering group is looking for Junior Service Engineers. Minimum of 2 - 3 Years’ work experience & must have a National Diploma in Engineering: Light Current - Telecommunications.
Responsible for working with Customers, Satellite Communication Equipment Vendors, VSAT Service Providers and Teleport Operators.
Responsible for liaising with the Satellite Operator & Field Engineers to bring the new Sites into the Network and interacting with the Customers, Vendors, Satellite Operators for resolution of Service related problems.
National Diploma: Engineering: Light current, majoring in Telecommunications
2 – 3 years' work experience
Should possess good communication skills, and resourceful in problem solving, planning and implementing pro-active processes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention
should be proficient in MS Office
Must be well spoken in English & Afrikaans
Own Car & valid Driver’s Licence
