A lodge in the North West Province is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for overseeing all the day to day management of kitchen staff to facilitate mis en place and service. Will also be responsible to daily encourage and uplift staff in the fulfillment of their duties. The Junior Sous Chef will also be responsible for ensuring that the operational requirements of the kitchen are met in order to facilitate and exceed expectations of the guests.
