Responsibility: I am looking for a creative hardworking JUNIOR SOUS CHEF for an establishment based in Plettenberg Bay.

This kitchen looks after the Hotel guests and also has its own Restaurant.

Menu is dominated by Seafood Cuisine, but not exclusively.
