Requirements:
An upmarket restaurant in the Stellenbsoch area is looking for a qualified Junior Sous Chef.
The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the Sous Chef to ensure the highest standards and consistent quality, assisting with ordering, waste control, portion control and training of staff.

Requirements & Qualifications for this position:
Minimum 3+ years experience
Formal Training / Diploma
Neat with high regard for personal hygiene and presentation
The ability to run a section effectively and efficiently
Good communication skills
Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
