Responsibilities:
Plan daily production at a minimum horizon of 21 days and weekly plans at a rolling 12 weeks according to agreed plan and production rules
Ensure timeous communication with the applicable factory when additional shifts/ fewer shifts are required based on current demand trend
Plan optimal stock levels for semi- and finished goods to ensure pre-defined customer service levels are on target
Optimise the supply network based on guidelines, and determine the most cost-effective supply channel, factory, route
Ensure stock is replenished from most optimal factory location at optimal costs
Ensure accurate information is available to optimize rough cut capacity plans with impact of constraints for best possible inputs to the S&OP process
Identify bottlenecks, processes, constraints that have an impact on current supply and possible solutions/corrective measures
Ensure daily reporting at summary level of channel information ( Obsolete stock, constraints, impact of supply disruption, potential supply problems)

Requirements:
Relevant Degree / Diploma
FMCG experience essential (food experience advantageous)
Advanced Excel
