Daily Duties:
Respond to Service Calls provided.
Telephone Support
Prepare Equipment with configuration of system detail for installation
Paper Flow and administrative procedures must be followed correctly
Record all detail on Service Reports
Report back on all service calls completed and uncompleted
Canvas new prospects to advance the sale of our products to existing clients
Report back on actions and solutions and results to Colleagues and Systems Manager to update the Service Controller

Weekly Duties:
Attend Support Meetings
Attend any scheduled Product Training Sessions
Report back on actions and customers impressions or remarks to the Systems Support Manager and Service Controller

Qualities:
Must be a team builder, be easy to work with and must be well presented
Must be meticulous in paper work and record keeping
Must be neat in all respects; in person, office and reporting
Must be customer orientated to give utmost satisfaction in order to built the company and its image.
Must be Company Profit orientated to grow the company in order to progress in your future

Skills Required:
Must have a keen sense and experience in the Time & Attendance field.
Must be well conversed in writing proper English and the completion of administrative documentation.
Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems
Make recommendations or suggestions how to improve client liaison and staff communications
Must have a good knowledge of the various wage determinations and their requirements
Represent the company in a convincing manner that Uniclox products and support services is the best and only
To manage own time management extremely well
Must know to work with tools and power tools.

Qualification Experience:
A+ and N+. Basic Electronics/N3
Have work in a similar environment with responsibilities
Must be confident in Service Selling Skills with some track record
Must be able to configure a Bill of Materials for installations
Must be able to do presentations of company products and solutions
Good communication skills at all levels inside the company and with staff of prospective customers

Administrative:
Adhere to the company’s administration and paperwork requirements in order to be self-productive and allowing colleagues to be productive
Prepare correct paper routine for system installations
To learn and be fully conversant with company brochures, various contracts agreement forms and credit application forms

Projects to manage:
Own Client Liaison
Public Relations duties to enhance the perception of the company
To follow through from sales installation order to installation and hand-over to client
To enhance the bonding and company image with own client base by keeping in contact with customers

Other Duties:
Maintaining a responsible and positive attitude towards managers and management
Keep abreast of competitive products on the market in order for the company to improve their offerings
Other duties will be allocated to this position, as management considers it as suitable.
