Junior Technical Coordinator - French speaking (must be able to translate from French to English)
Location: Boksburg Gauteng
Offer: R 10 000 – R 12 000 + Benefits (depending on qualifications and experience)

A dynamic, hardworking Male or Female is required for an established company in Boksburg with a minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position

Educational Back ground
Preferably a Graduate of Business Administration or any equivalent degree

Essential Requirements:
• Knowledgeable on the ISO 9001 standard and other Management system standards
• Good knowledge in MS Office and adobe pdf applications. Knowledge in other IT software’s for handling graphics is a plus.
• Preferably having good knowledge on general office admin functions.
• Preferably having good knowledge on file and records management.
• Good typing and organization skills.
• Has good oral and written English.
• A team player

Key Accountabilities
• Formatting and finalization of CAP programme documents
• Preparation of PowerPoint Presentations, Flowcharts and Flyers
• Maintenance of PM documents in the PM drive
• Management and maintenance of Quality and audit records
• CAP Laboratories approval process.
• Management of CAP standards
• Product Recalls
• Case Study Reports
• ASTRA KPI Audit of Files
• Discrepancy Reports
