Operations experience - Essential - Dealing with FIT's
Travel /Tourism experience
Have a basic geographical knowledge of Southern Africa
Effective written and verbal communication - internally as well as externally
Take initiative and ensure attention to detail
Understanding and experience on Google (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
Understanding and experience of Tourplan & Wetu (bonus but not essential)
Operate tour from start to finish as per company procedures
Ensure learn and keep updated on products and itineraries of specific agents working with.
