Purpose of the Job:

Reporting to the Travel Coordinator, this role is ideal for a graduate seeking to grow and develop their skill and expertise in Local and Foreign travel co-ordination. Mentorship and guidance provided to a passionate and enthusiastic successful applicant.

Duties include but not limited to:
• Responsible for all travel administration for staff and executives
• Responsible for Domestic flights, Accommodation and Car Hire
• Administer all related visa documentation for internal staff
• Administer traveler profiles
• Distributes tickets along with confirmations via outlook
• Researching optimal travel alternatives
• Ensures that Travel arrangement deadlines are met
• Follow up with suppliers regarding billing and quotation queries
• Administer all supplier and contractor agreements
• Weekly and monthly finance reconciliations
• Any other ad hoc duties that may be required

Non-negotiables:
• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent is essential
• Amadeus central reservations system certification is essential
• Relevant Travel and Tourism certificate, diploma or degree
• Understanding and expertise in international travel requirements, i.e. visas, passports
• Immunization requirements will be an advantage
