An Insurance Provider has a vacancy in Durban for a Key Account Manager (Commercial Insurance).

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to develop and manage relationships between the company and Managing Agents (specifically focusing on Body Corporates / Sectional Title Administrators)
• Advise Managing Agents on company products and drive business to ensure that monthly targets are met.
• Ensure that the company remains the preferred provider for short term insurance solutions.
• Assist with administrative aspects relating to underwriting and claims for new and existing policies and coordinate the process as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Calling regularly on Managing Agents to ensure adherence to service levels.
• Report back to Manager on a regular basis with regard to opportunities and challenges.

EXPERIENCE
• Similar experience in a commercial short term insurance environment (exposure in Body Corporate / Sectional Title insurance will be highly advantageous).
• Broker Consultant experience
