Key Account Manager – Free State

Area: Free State

Package: Gross R28000 pm. (After probation medical aid, provident fund, company car, quarterly commission, 13th cheque)

Responsibilities
• Contribute to defining a commercial policy specific to each customer.
• Development of Annual Plan for each account(s).
• Preparing an Operational action plan including forecasting, quantitative objectives, follow up.
• Implement and oversee Operational action plan and its results.
• Managing specified territory
• Achieve pre-defined sales targets.
• Achieve pre-defined qualitative objectives.
• Daily administrative tasks.

Competencies Required
• Very strong technical skills. No clock watchers. Lots of travelling. Go getter, open minded.
• Business oriented
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively
• Ability to respect processes and to apply validated sales techniques
• Work as individual and part of team
• Person must have previously sold a premium brand, experience in visiting customers, selling face to face.

Prerequisites
Educational level or equivalent :
• Matric
• Any form of completed tertiary education
• Technical and commercial skills
• Communication expert
- Professional experience :
- at least 3 year spent successfully as Account Manager

- Specific training or accreditations :
-Excel

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
• Must be Credit and Criminal clear (do not apply if you do not match this requirement)
• Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
• Validation of Highest Level of Education
• Two Valid References
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to attend first 3 months on training in Gauteng
