Leading Online Media and Marketing Company based in Northern Johannesburg are seeking an Account Manager to join their team
You’ll be managing existing key accounts. Your responsibilities will include nurturing client relationships, including communicating with client and internal resources, managing daily engagement, resolving issues and managing client expectations. The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for communicating the client's goals and representing their interests to internal teams.

Working towards financial targets, you’ll convince clients of the value of extending our services by identifying new opportunities, defining new requirements, and preparing proposals and pricing; thereby growing the revenue within your assigned accounts.

You will work closely with the project teams to keep up-to-date on project and operational status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to each project. You’ll be answerable to the client for the quality of work provided by our internal teams and will be involved in reviewing all major deliverables (i.e. client’s business requirements documents, internal briefs, functional specification documents, etc.) to ensure output quality, internal standards and client expectations are aligned.

You’ll approve change requests and invoices to ensure a positive client experience. Processes and procedures will be part of your arsenal in ensuring quality standards are met, and that your projects are profitable.

To achieve all of this, you will become well read and able to speak knowledgeably on our industry and solutions.

Key requirements include:

Marketing / Business Management qualification essential
Minimum 4 years in an IT / Technical environment
Familiar with IT Concepts (Data / Infrastructure)
Proven account management skills that illustrate creating, maintaining and enhancing customer relations
Experience in conducting and driving meetings at executive level
