Key Account Manager- Plumbing - Gauteng
Salary – R30 000 CTC
Functions / responsibilities:
Overall: To optimise the category through correct product selection and display in order to enhance customer sales and service
• Ensure consistent merchandise standards are applied across the business
• Ensure accessibility and availability of stock
• Ensure customer friendly processes
• Ensure that promotional activity is successful
• Manage pricing of KVI’s with regard to competitor analysis
• Enhance customer service through relationship building and research
• Enhance supplier relationships and store management as well as customers
• Provide input into ideal staffing structures and benchmark across the stores
• Ensure that employees are adequately trained on product knowledge
• To provide specialised project support to the KAM team on a national basis.
• Responsible to optimise and enhance Plumbing sales on large projects and Plumbing contractors sales

Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• 5 years experience in a similar position within the Plumbing and Building industry
• Microsoft Office: Intermediate level
