South African BEE (ONLY) Mechanical Engineer with strong asset care and/or senior consulting experience required for international consulting engineering firm.
GP based but travel will be required in and outside SA.
STRONG asset care and problem solving.
STRONG project management on several projects/key accounts simultaneously.
Lean Six Sigma experience/training.
Change management.
Coaching skills for colleagues and clients.
GOOD NETWORK IN GAUTENG and ability to on-sell to network and new clients.
Strong business acumen.
Good understanding of financial implications of improvements to asset care and related disciplines within client companies.
