We are urgently seeking the skills and experience of a Key Account Manager to manage Automotive accounts for one of our well established clients within the distribution sector.

Requirements:

Matric
Bcom logistics/ Supply Chain degree
3-5 years Industry experience
At least 2 years client facing experience
Drivers licence and own transport

Responsibilities:

Good understanding of client’s industry – including seasonal trends, industry trends, possible opportunities & threats within the industry.
Compiling of overall strategy for clients – this includes creating & deploying of business plan as well as compiling a SWOT analysis of the client’s industry.

Contract negotiation , understanding and mitigating risk
Presenting and implementing new products, processes and strategies with the client.
Compiling Client Specific business reports and quality checking data for integrity.
Manage Service levels agreements
Manage debtors to keep within the agreed payment terms and resolve queries in days sales outstanding.
Client Visits / Meetings.
Monthly review meetings with clients.
