Our vehicle tracking client based in Midrand has a vacancy available for a Key Account Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• Matric
• 3 years’ experience in a Key Accounts Management Environment
• Knowledge of Fleet Management Software
• Computer Literate (MS: Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
• Excellent closing skills
• Fleet Software platforms •CRM experience
• Above average technical knowledge
• Relationship in the transport/corporate industry


KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

• Sales – meet specific targets or better on a monthly basis (Gauteng),
• Growing Key Accounts - Increase wallet share, generate sales proposals with correct products and competitive pricing,
• Maintain and develop strong business relationships with customers,
• Manage and maintain records, files and daily planners (customer records, files and engagement forms kept up to date),
• Develop Sales Pipeline/convert prospects – responsible for promoting and selling new contracts to new and existing clients,
• Adopting a quality Call Cycle process, accurate records and memorandums of customer visits,
• Design, prepare and present presentations,
• Communication with customers – keeping them abreast of all new developments at company,
• Training Key Accounts (basic training to clients on fleet software “Train the trainer”),
• Support payroll and financial administration by submitting accurate Commission claims on time,
• Achieving KPA’s and KPI’s,
• Handling irate clients, customer service and technical queries
• Statistics and monthly reports, attend all weekly sales meetings and come prepared.
