Location: Sandton, JHB
Salary: R14k – R17k per month
Requirements:
Previous Emergency Services industry experience preferred
Previous short term insurance experience advantageous
Very strong administrative skills are required as this job demands around 90% admin
A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role
Very high level of client administrative tasks and management
Degreed or Office Management Diploma individual preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specific experience in Excel preferred)
Attention to detail is critical
Deadline driven
Proactive, solution-oriented and quick to use initiative
Self-motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans preferable)
Focus on accuracy
Maintaining of existing client relationships
Excellent project management skills
Customer service experience
Ability to multitask and focus on numerous projects at any given time
Accurate drafting of proposals, contracts, agendas and minutes a must
Duties:
Administrating and maintaining a portfolio of client accounts in the loyalty, assist and mobile app industry, providing complete and dedicated customer service.
Manage and coordinate all administrative activities with regards to both new business and existing clients, including the maintaining of day-to-day operations of contracted client’s services.
Building strong and strategic client relationships (this would include a very high percentage of day-to-day and monthly administration management) and executing projects flawlessly whilst ensuring agreed upon deliverables are achieved.
Career and ownership mentality is required with a mature working standard.
