RS Recruitment is assisting a well-established organisation in the FLEET MANAGEMENT industry to recruit an ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE to be based at their offices in PIETERMARITZBURG.

Applicants should be/have the following:

Relevant national diploma/degree or equivalent.
3 – 5 years’ experience in fleet management.
Strong relationship building skills.
Sales and new business development skills.
Team leader skills.
Knowledge of fleet management software system/s.
Basic project management skills and experience.
MS Office.

Responsibilities:

A – Z accounts management with strong emphasis on providing support and giving good service.
Contracts management
Debtors book management
System training to clients and team members
Sales & new business development
Tender/Bid Preparation and Presentations
Meeting targets
Project management
Sourcing and management of staff allocated to projects
Budget and forecasting of projects
Supplier management

Remuneration:

R18 000 to R20 000
