RS Recruitment Services is assisting a rapidly expanding SHORT TERM INSURANCE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE company, to recruit a KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER with short term insurance experience to be based in their offices near SANDTON, JHB.

JOB PURPOSE

To service and maintain Corporate clients and\or Insurer relations within the Cardinal CIMS3 and iPlatform applications based on insurer, UMA and relevant client and/or Insurer requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum level of Education:
• Matric
• Short Term Insurance related qualifications
Skills required:
• Short term insurance underwriting skills (Not mandatory but will be beneficial)
• High level of computer literacy (Adept at understanding and working general software systems, Microsoft Outlook)
• Insurance system knowledge (Not mandatory but will be beneficial)
• High attention to detail
Competencies required:
• Strong logic and short-term insurance industry awareness
• Respectable understanding of software in terms of systems
• Experience with short term insurance systems (Not required, will be beneficial)
• Able to do Client face to face interaction
Other requirements:
• Must have own transport and valid un-indorsed licence
• Team player
• Work well in a high-pressure environment
• Highly communicative in working environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining existing clients
• Initiation and configuration of new client systems
• Client visits
• Meeting with the relevant parties to understand their specific requirements.
• Quality assurance in terms of output
• General system support
• Driving deliveries with the development teams on client requirements
• Client training

REMUNERATION:
Highly Negotiable
