Large pharmaceutical company based in Pretoria requires a Key Accounts Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to join their team.
The main purpose of the job is to maintain the client relationship by ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Key Performance Areas include:
1. Conduct Customer visits
2. Conduct monthly business reviews with customer groups
3. Implement Key Accounts Management strategy
4. Grow market share
5. Meet & Exceed sales objectives
6. Maintain customer relations
7. Generate reports

Job Requirements include:
• Solid relationship building ability and business acumen
• A good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Experience required: Three to five in a similar role. Pharmaceutical healthcare or FMCG industry servicing key customer groups such as hospitals
• Bachelor’s degree – marketing or commerce
