Do you have at least 5 years experience working within a Sales Environment?

If you answered yes to all of the above question, my client whom I work very closely with is seeking for someone to fill the Key Accounts role. They are a Manufacturer of Printing And Packaging Material with a growing client database.

If you have experience working working with a Printing and Packaging Industry, then that will be a major advantage.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

* To build, maintain and expand relationships with existing customers in allocated key accounts resulting in sales growth through customer loyalty
* To investigate, resolve or report to management any customer problem, complaint or query within 24 hours of it being lodged
* To relay customer communications, requests or specifications for jobs to Customer Service Relations, Sample Makers or factory management and Sales Manager, ensuring full understanding and setting action plans for resolution of problem/request
* Through the provision of excellent follow-up service and maintaining of loyal relationships, increase sales by a minimum of 10% pa with allocated Key Accounts
