Our client is a recognized global leader; a South African distributor of Global Premium Brands (new and used equipment) in the Agriculture, Mineral Processing, Earth Moving and Materials Handling Industries offering multiple career advancement opportunities.
They currently have a vacancy for a Key Accounts Sales Coordinator to be responsible for the administration as relates to the national key account customer profitability, productivity and efficiency as well as warranty performance and all technical support and training.

The successful candidate will hold a Sales/Marketing Diploma and have 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Job Description

• Achievement of operational KPIs.
• Effective relationship building with external and internal customers and principles.
• Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability.
• Monitor and control all costs to maintain contract fleet for national accounts.
• Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures).
• Achieve individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs.
• Effective self-management and performance ownership.
• Adherence to any reasonable instruction.
• Supporting the Business Development Executive with managing the office.
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
• Maintaining diaries.
• Organising meetings.
• Travel management.
• Arranging appointments.
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
• Monthly reporting on sales vs targets.
• Presentable, professional appearance for site visits to National Key accounts (accompanied by Business Development Executive).

• Sales/Marketing Diploma

• Exposure and experience dealing with blue chip companies
