A financial services group’s entry-level market business seeks a Key Accounts Specialist to unlock business development opportunities for the company’s Financial Advisor force with employers (public & private sector) in the region.

Key Outputs:

• Create and manage relationships with new and existing key accounts.
• Open new key accounts
• Ensure growth and productivity of new and existing key accounts by increasing penetration in key accounts
• Monitoring and reporting on key accounts productivity
• Create opportunities for distribution to sell products in new and existing key accounts
• Support distribution to increase productivity and new business sales in dormant and underutilised key accounts
• Build relationships with unions and other key stakeholders.
• Analysis of reports to improve quality of business
• Provide administrative support
• Managing premium administration within own portfolio of clients
• Adherence to legislative requirements
• Travel will be a requirement

Key Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Diploma/Degree (Business/Marketing)
• At least 3 years’ experience at an insurance company.
• Relationship building at key accounts through marketing or any other contact.
• Well-developed written & verbal communication skills and negotiation skills
• General Insurance knowledge
