We are looking for an experienced KIDS COORDINATOR to join the team of a private game lodge located in Madikwe Game Reserve.
The Kids Experience Coordinator ensures that each Guest has a memorable stay, and to ensure that the children’s program is run efficiently, ensuring the children’s’ safety at all times, and creating an African experience for each child.
Key Focus:
Design implement and ensure delivery of the kids’ experience;
Create, implement, and monitor the delivery of age appropriate activities
Design, implement and monitor all menus for children and the set up in the relevant service areas;
Liaise with all departments, communicate specific requirements
Continuously communicate with the design team, to ensure alignment with the determined look of the company’s kids experience and allow marketing;
Provide regular social media updates to the social media team
Ensure safe environment for kids of all ages and abilities, during activities and babysitting hours
Compile financial reports for the department
To manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them
To co-ordinate an effective and efficient payroll management/resource allocation
Requirements, Qualifications and Skills:
Grade 12 (essential)
Degree or diploma in kids’ education or related programs (advantageous)
Strong Children’s focus with passion for working with children essential
MS Office Suite proficiency
3-5 Years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in the 5* hospitality industry
Valid Code 08 drivers’ license & own transport
