Kitchen Admin/Manager – Melkbosstrand

I am looking for a Kitchen Manager/Administrator for a busy kitchen that caters for Restaurant, hotel and conference centre.
The position involves stock, costing's, ordering, menu budgets and some staff supervision.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8h00 - 17h00 with some overtime, i.e.. weekends or late shifts, but these are very occasionally required.

You must have knowledge of food and costs and be able to take responsibility and work independently.

Immediate start available.

Basic plus small incentive. (R4 000 – R6 000 per month – dep on exp)
