Kitchen/FOH Manager position available with new upmarket Restaurant in Bryanston. Looking for candidates with 4+ years kitchen management experience in an al la carte Restaurant. Must have strong knowledge of food and of general kitchen management procedures. Must be able to lead a kitchen brigade. Duties include running the pass and stock management. Successful candidate will run the kitchen and also assist in running the front of house. Looking for someone who is well spoken and presentable. Salary R 12000 - 14000k nett per month.
