Kitchen Manager needed for busy Restaurant in Boksburg. Candidates must have 3+ years kitchen management and/or Chef experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to coordinate very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management a must.
