Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef needed for busy catering/buffet type kitchen in the Waterkloof / Monument Park area. Candidates must have 5+ years kitchen management and/or Sous Chef with tertiary education in Culinary Arts and a friendly, reliable, trustworthy & dynamic personality.Must have experience in all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation such as purchasing, storing, issuing, production, presentation and quality of food.
