DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS A minimum of Grade 12 is required, with a formal qualification in cookery or similar.The successful applicant will have at least five years of broad-based kitchen industry experience of which at least two years have been spent in a management position. In order to qualify for consideration, general computer knowledge is a necessity as well as in depth knowledge of Micros.A flair for food and buffet set ups is of utmost importance.Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office - Word and Excel), have exceptional managerial & organizational skills.Must also have the ability to work accurately under pressure and must be GUEST service driven, a TEAM player with a positive, JUICED attitude.
