We are seeking a methodical Kitchen Manager / Warehouse Assistant with warehousing controlling experience to join a dynamic Franchise Group in Northriding.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Kitchen Management
Staff management' Stock control
Stock counting in warehouse and kitchen
Recipe controls
Ordering
Implementing of procedures and processes
Opening and closing of warehouse when required
Report writing
Assistant to warehouse manager
Adhoc function

Essential Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Culinary diploma or similar is preferred
2 years experience in a Kitchen supervisory role
Minimum 1 year experience with HAACP procedures\Excellent communications skills
Detail orientated and hands on
Must have OWN vehicle and valid drivers license
